Surgical Procedures

face
Deep Plane Face Lift

The Deep Plane Face Lift procedure tightens and lifts the skin and underlying tissues of the lower face and neck, reducing sagging, wrinkles, and jowls.

The Deep Plane Neck Lift procedure removes excess skin and fat from the neck, improving the contour and definition of the jawline and chin. A neck lift can be performed alone but is typically combined with the deep plane face lift.

The Lip Lift procedure enhances the fullness and shape of the lips by surgically reducing the distance between the nose and lip raising the upper lip. This permanent procedure is different than the Lip Flip which is performed by Botox and is temporary.

The Blepharoplasty procedure corrects droopy or puffy eyelids by removing excess skin and/or fat from the upper and / or lower eyelids. Upper blepharoplasty surgery is often performed in the office under local anesthesia and light oral sedation. Lower blepharoplasty surgery is typically performed under general anesthesia and uses a transconjuctival (scarless) approach. Less often, skin incisions are used and this approach may be performed in the office under local anesthesia and light oral sedation.

The Rhinoplasty procedure reshapes the nose, altering its size, shape, or angle to enhance its harmony with the rest of the face.

The Cheek and Chin Rejuvenation procedures augment or reduce the size and projection of the cheekbones or chin, creating a more balanced and youthful facial profile. These can be permanent surgical procedures using the patient’s own bones or silicone implants. Non-surgical cheek and chin augmentation can be performed with hyaluronic acid injections or fat matrix injections.

ear
Otoplasty (Pinning Back)

Otoplasty surgery can reshape and reposition the ears closer to the head to reduce their prominence and improve their symmetry.

The Non-Surgical Otoplasty (EarWells) procedure is performed in the office and can correct prominent or misshaped ears in infants. There is no scalpel, no needles, and it can be performed on babies as young as 10 days old. It is analogous to braces for the ears.

The Earlobe Repair surgery can fix torn, stretched, or damaged ear lobes caused by injury, infection, or gauging.

The Ear Reconstruction surgery can restore the shape and size of the ears after an accident, injury, or burn that has affected the ear cartilage or skin.

body
Gluteoplasty (Miami Thong Lift)

Gluteoplasty surgery lifts the buttocks upwards. Scars are hidden along where a thong resides.

The Silicone Removal surgery removes injected liquid silicone from the buttocks. This procedure is often necessary because illegally injected liquid silicone can cause a range of severe complications, including inflammation, infection, disfigurement, and migration of the silicone to other parts of the body.

The Reconstruction After Silicon Removal procedure is the restoration of the shape and function of a body part that was affected by liquid silicone injection and its removal.

Lip 360 and Hi-Def Liposuction are techniques that use suction to remove unwanted fat deposits from specific areas of the body, such as the abdomen, hips, thighs, arms, or neck.

A Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) is designed to enhance and reshape the buttocks by utilizing fat transfer. Excess fat is first harvested from areas of the body through liposuction and then carefully injected into specific areas of the buttocks to achieve the desired augmentation and contouring.

Fat Transfer removes excess fat from areas of the body through liposuction. The removed fat is then carefully injected into areas such as the face, breast, or labia major to achieve the desired augmentation and contouring.

The Body Lift procedure removes excess skin and fat from multiple areas of the body after significant weight loss.

Arm Lift is the removal of excess skin and fat from the upper arms, usually from the armpit to the elbow.

Thigh Lift is the removal of excess skin and fat from the inner or outer thighs, or both.

A Tummy Tuck is cosmetic procedure tightens the abdominal muscles and excess skin and fat to improve the appearance of the abdomen.

The Mini-Tummy Tuck is a less invasive version of a tummy tuck that involves removal of skin only. In some cases, this can be done under local anesthesia in the office.

breasts
Silicone Breast Augmentation

The Silicone Breast Augmentation procedure involves inserting silicone gel implants under the breast tissue or chest muscle to increase breast size.

The Saline Breast Augmentation procedure involves inserting saline-filled implants under the breast tissue or chest muscle to increase breast size. We offer Ideal Implants that have the safety profile of saline but feel and look very similar to silicone.

The Breast Lift procedure involves removing excess skin to lift the nipple and reshape the breast.

The Breast Reconstruction procedure involves restoring the appearance of one or both breasts after a mastectomy (surgical removal of the breast) or lumpectomy.

The Female Breast Reduction procedure involves removing excess fat, glandular tissue, and/or skin from the breasts to reduce their size and weight.

The Gynecomastia procedure involves removing excess fat and/or glandular tissue from the chest area to reduce the size and appearance of enlarged male breasts.

labia
Labia Lift

The Labia Lift procedure lifts and tightens the labia majora, and is often performed in conjunction with a mini tummy tuck or abdominoplasty.

The Labiaplasty – Majora Augmentation procedure adds volume to the labia majora, the outer lips that protect the genital organs. Fat transfer can be performed at the same time as liposuction; alternatively, dermal-fat grafts can be used simultaneously with a mini-tummy tuck or standard abdominoplasty.

The Labiaplasty – Minor Reduction procedure reduces the size of the labia minora. This may be done for functional or cosmetic reasons.

The Clitoral Hood Reduction procedure reduces the size of the clitoral hood. The clitoral hood is the fold of skin that covers and protects the clitoris, which is a sensitive and highly innervated organ involved in sexual arousal and pleasure. Some patients suffer from anorgasmia (inability to have an orgasm) and a clitoral hood reduction is performed for functional reasons. In other patients, the procedure is performed for improved aesthetics.

Some patients suffer from dyspareunia (painful sexual intercourse) and the Painful Episiotomy Scar Revision procedure entails excising the previous episiotomy scar tissue and delicately reconstructing the incision site, offering a chance to heal properly and alleviate discomfort.

craniofacial
Cleft Lip / Cleft Palate

The Cleft Lip / Cleft Palate is a surgery that repairs a congenital defect in the upper lip or roof of the mouth that affects feeding, speech, and appearance.

A facial skin tightening procedure called micro-coring (Ellacor) is adapted for Mohs skin cancer reconstruction. The Cosmetic Skin Cancer Reconstruction procedure restores the form and function of the skin after removal of skin cancer lesions.

Cranial Vault Surgery reshapes the skull to treat conditions such as craniosynostosis.

Cranioplasty, surgery that repairs a defect or deformity in the skull, often using a synthetic material or bone graft.

Frontal Orbital Advancement, surgery that moves the forehead and eye sockets forward to create more space for the brain and eyes in patients with craniosynostosis or other craniofacial disorders.
